In 2013 Boris Bidjan Saberi started “11”, a bold counter-culture manifesto of high-tech industrially produced streetwear. Skateboarding was a lifestyle of the punks until hip-hop was introduced in Germany. The clashing of the two identities gave new life by ultimately evolving into crossover culture. Saberi grew up embracing both cultures, this fusion created the ideal ecosystem for experimentation. The designer’s strong projection of his personal life in his work strings along a constellation of influences, stemming from the day he was born: the 11th of September. His lifelong, punk approach to fashion is materialized through industrialization and polished with accurate attention to detail.
