How to make a purchase
The procedure to follow to place an order is as follows:

- select the chosen product, the correct size and click on “add to cart”
- then enter the “shopping cart” section by clicking at the top right first on the cart symbol and then on view cart button on the bottom
- you will then be directed to a new page called “cart” where you can see the products placed in the cart and modify if necessary
- then click on button “PayPal” if you have a PayPal account and you will be redirected directly to the PayPal page where entering your credentials you can conclude the order faster. You can also access the faster checkout by credit card by clicking the “Debit or Credit Card” button
- alternatively if you click on the button “proceed to checkout” you will be redirected to a new page called “checkout” where you can enter all your data and select one of the payment methods allowed so that you can then conclude the order
- once the payment method has been chosen and flag has accepted the “terms and conditions”, click on the “place order” button
- the order is thus concluded and you will receive confirmation throw e-mail
- you will then be contacted by our customer service, who will provide you with the link from which you can track your shipment

How to use a coupon
The procedure to be followed to use a coupon/discount code/gift certificate is structured as follows:

- select the product, the correct size and click on “add to cart”
- enter the “cart” or “checkout” section to complete the purchase
- enter the discount code in the appropriate field “coupon code”
- click on “apply coupon” and check that the discount code has been applied to the order
- the value of the discount will be directly deducted from the amount of the order
- you can delete the coupon by deleting the discount code from the appropriate field
NB: in the event that the discount code is not valid or applicable to certain products, the words “coupon does not exist!” will appear. In this case we invite you to try again and verify the validity conditions of the coupon.

Forms of payment
You can pay by one of the following methods:
CREDIT CARD: by purchasing on our website, the Customer enters his credit card data in a protected electronic banking system provided by the MonetaWeb 2.0 Intesa SanPaolo circuit. The Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners and JCB circuits are enabled. By making purchases on www.revolutionconceptstore.com, your financial information such as card number and expiration date, personal data and so on, will be exclusively processed by a bank through a protocol based on the HTTPS protocol in line with the security standards imposed by international circuits. The Mercury Payment Services Systems are also subjected to periodic security checks and constantly updated to guarantee protection against any vulnerabilities detected by standard protocols. MonetaWeb 2.0 Intesa SanPaolo processes all transactions and Revolution Concept Store guarantees customers maximum security through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certification. For reasons of greater protection on e-commerce transactions, Revolution Concept Store suggests its Customers to activate the security PIN codes provided by Verified by Visa or SecureCode by MaserCard. For more information, please visit www.visa.com or www.mastercard.com. If the funds are sufficient and data correctly entered the transaction is authorized instantly. The amount is moved on the next business day at the time the order is executed. The Revolution Concept Store customer service representatives are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers or the validity details of the same.
PAYPAL: choosing PayPal at the time of confirmation of the order you will be directly directed to the PayPal site where you can complete the payment procedure by entering your e-mail address and your PayPal password. Your payment data will not be shared with www.revolutionconcepstore.com but will be managed directly by PayPal in complete security. Revolution Concept Store accepts PayPal payments only if they come from verified accounts.
CASH ON DELIVERY: this payment method can only be used on the Italian territory with an additional cost of € 5. The purchased products will be paid directly to the courier upon delivery. Revolution Concept Store accepts payments in cash only. Please pay attention to correctly indicate the shipping address and an active telephone number to be able to contact you if necessary.
BANK TRANSFER: upon completion of the order, you will receive an e-mail with the bank details on which to make the payment. As the reason for the bank transfer it is requested to report the order number. After the payment has been made, please send an e-mail to revolution.concept.store@gmail.com with attached the transfer receipt. From the day the order was placed, the item(s) will be reserved of Customer for the next 3 days after which in absence of the bank transfer receipt the order will be considered cancelled. The order will be processed only after that the payment has been credited and will be visible on the Revolution Concept Store bank account. Please note that generally the amount of the bank transfer is credited after 3/5 working days from the date of the transfer.
KLARNA: Customers will be able to choose the Klarna service to pay for all of their orders. Registration and payment, as well as all thereto related policies can be found at www.klarna.com , please note that depending on the billing country Klarna may not be available as a payment method.
The published prices and final invoices are expressed in Euro (EUR) for all countries in the world.

Pre-orders conditions
The Customer can order items that will be available later in the season. By placing an order for an item that is only available on pre-order, Customer will not receive the item immediately according to normal delivery times. The delivery date stated in the item description is an approximate delivery date provided to us by our suppliers. Therefore delivery may also take place before or after the date indicated. The payment will be charged the day of order placement, even if the item will be shipped later. Payments accepted for pre-order items are PayPal, credit card or bank transfer. Please note, we do not accept payments in cash on delivery for pre-order items. If an item reserved by the Customer does not arrive in the scheduled time, Revolution Concept Store will contact the Customer by e-mail to confirm the next shipping date or for an eventual refund. If for any reason we will not receive a pre-ordered item, the Customer will be immediately refunded and the order will be cancelled. Pre-order items can be returned like any other item within 14 days from the delivery date.

Orders and shipments
Revolution Concept Store carries out shipments in total safety in Italy and all over the world by express courier DHL, UPS, GLS or EMS. Boxes and packaging are adequately sized and the items will be well protected throughout the shipment. Orders are generally processed the same day if placed before 12.30 or the following working day if the order was received after this time. If orders are placed during the weekend (from Friday afternoon to Sunday), they will be processed immediately the following Monday. In the case of holidays or special events, orders could be processed with a longer time frame (2-3 working days). Furthermore, Revolution Concept Store is not responsible for any delays due to greater forces attributable to the shipper to whom the package is entrusted (eg strikes, areas not serviced daily etc.), customs procedures, unusual weather events, periods of greater intensity such as holidays and particular commercial events (e.g. sales, black friday etc.)
Upon arrival of the goods, the Customer is asked when it is possible to check the integrity of the package before signing the courier proof of delivery of the shipment. If the packaging appears to have been tampered with, the Customer has the right to refuse the goods by having the courier write down the “tampered-damaged package” or pick up the goods by having the courier write “with reservation”. In the event of one of the following anomalies, notify our customer service by sending an e-mail to revolution.concept.store@gmail.com
It is not possible to group two orders made separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them and shipped individually.
Post office boxes cannot be used as a delivery address.

ITALY – VATICAN – SAN MARINO SHIPMENTS :
The cost of shipping is € 10 with advance payment, it will be free for orders over € 250.
The cost of shipping with cash on delivery includes an additional cost of € 5 for a total of € 15. If the order is higher than € 250, the shipment will be free and only the € 5 cash on delivery service will be charged.

RUSSIA SHIPMENTS:
ATTENTION: shipments to Russia are temporarily suspended until further notification!
For current regulations in Russia we always ship to private individuals by EMS international service to ensure safe delivery.
Exceptionally is allowed ship by DHL courier only to companies and corporate entities. In this case we kindly ask you to indicate your company data in the order notes.

WARNING FOR PERFUMES SHIPMENTS: perfumes are deemed “dangerous goods” and are subject to the IATA regulation for the air transport then it is not possible to send perfumes all over the world but only in countries accessible by truck transport. Perfumes shipments to countries outside the European Union or not served by truck shipments cannot be made, therefore all orders of this type will not be processed and will be reimbursed.
WARNING FOR TO RUSSIAN FEDERATION SHIPMENTS: Revolution Concept Store informs that jewellery and fashion jewelry cannot be shipped to the Russian Federation in that prohibited by local customs regulations. Therefore all orders of this type will not be processed and will be reimbursed.
OTHER SHIPMENTS RESTRICTIONS: in case an order received includes one prohibited product by the customs rules in force in the delivery state, Revolution Concept Store will take care of contacting the Customer and immediately reimbursed the value of the product. If the order includes other item(s), these will be shipped regularly and the value of the item that could not be shipped will be refunded.
FAILED DELIVERY:
By placing an order, Customer establish a commercial relationship with Revolution Concept Store and commit to accept delivery of the parcel related to the order placed. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect e-mail address, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver, refusal to pay customs duties and tax, etc) or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the sender Revolution Concept Store in Italy at Customer expense. The expense includes the our real cost of round-trip shipping, cost of the storage period and any customs duty and tax fees. All amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

Return and refund
Revolution Concept Store recognizes to the Customer, who for any reason is not satisfied, the right of withdrawal as required by current legislation without penalty and without specifying the reason.
By exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer can choose between one of the following compensation options:

- REPLACEMENT: it is possible to replace the product with a size, colour or article change if available. To exchange with another item, please inform asap us so we can reserve the wanted item for you while waiting for your return goods.
- CREDIT STORE: it is possible to request a voucher for the total or partial amount paid by deducting the shipping charge. It must be used within three months of the return, cannot be combined with other store credits and its value cannot be divided into multiple orders but spent in a single order of equal or greater value.
- REFUND: crediting the amount of item(s) returned by traceable method deducting the arrival shipping cost. Shipping fees will not be refunded when returning an item(s) and will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be made with the same payment method used to place the order by the Customer and will be made in about 10 working days of receipt of the return. For orders made by credit card, the amount should be available from the day of refund in 5 working days and will be visible in the card’s bank statement. Refunds of orders paid via PayPal or bank transfer will be refunded on the same account used by the customer. In the case of orders with cash on delivery form of payment, the refund will be made by bank transfer. Refund is made in the same currency of the original order.
RETURN ADDRESS:
In the event that the Customer chooses to ship a return with a courier of his choice, the shipping address will be provided at the time of authorization of the return itself. Return shipments made directly by the Customer without our return authorisation by e-mail or to a different our address will be refused. Return shipments made directly by the Customer will be collected and refunded only if we receive by e-mail the tracking and courier company name used by the Customer for the shipment. Return shipments made directly by the customer without sending such information (tracking, courier company) will not be accepted and collected.
PROCEDURE AND RETURN CONDITIONS:
For any reason, the Customer can return their order, entirely or partially, within 14 days from the delivery date. Return costs are always the responsibility of the Customer who will have to contact our customer service to receive all the information necessary to carry out the procedure. Write us an e-mail to revolution.concept.store@gmail.com indicating your return request, your order number and specifying which item(s) you wish to return as well as the type of compensation desired (see the three methods indicated above). Return shipments must be made from the same country in which the order delivery took place. We recommend using our UPS, DHL or GLS account to ensure a quick, reliable return delivery at a competitive price. All returns in Italy and the EU if they are sent directly by the Customer with a courier of his choice must be returned with a traceable shipping service (postal service is not accepted). We only accept returns from outside the EU sent through our account with either UPS or DHL. If your return is late, we also own the right to refused.
The products must be returned intact, unused and not worn, inserted in their complete original packaging in all its parts (box, certificates, tags, guarantee and so on) with adequate external packaging carefully sealed. If your return doesn’t fulfil those basic requirements, we own the right to refuse your item(s). The return of the items, in case the return shipment is made by the customer, must be received at our office within 10 working days of receiving the return authorization from our customer service. Delays beyond this term could cause damage to our store and therefore the return could be refused as well as for any unauthorized return from our customer service.
If you have enjoyed the free shipping costs for exceeding the stipulated minimum, in case of return of all or part of that order and the value of the free shipping is no longer exceeded, the arrival postage costs will be deducted from your refund. If the Customer has benefited from the free arrival shipment and makes a total return of the order, the cost of the arrival shipment will be deducted from the refund. Returns of more than 5 items may be subject to handling and management fees. Such expenses are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Returns of orders placed by the same Customer at different times must be returned in separate shipments and cannot be accumulated in a single shipment. Returns of item(s) already purchased by the same Customer in a previous order and already returned once will not be accepted. Revolution Concept Store is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Any items lost or damaged before they reach us in a return shipment made by the Customer cannot be refunded by us because as its sole responsibility.
They will not be withdrawn under any circumstances return shipments in cash on delivery or carriage forward.
In the case if you receive any item(s) in a damaged/flawed state, you have to contact us immediately and provide us with photos and written information as documentation before receiving the return authorization. In the case of return of defective goods or incorrect shipment, all costs relating to transport for the replacement of the product shall be borne by Revolution Concept Store. The Customer, from the delivery of the shipment, has 3 days to communicate to our customer service. After this term any claim can no longer be accepted. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt, and we will be in touch to let you know how to proceed for replacement or refund. Any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: all products purchased with a discount of more than 50% cannot be returned for refund, replacement or store credit.
All sales of fragrances, face masks, swimwear and underwear are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
ITALY – VATICAN – SAN MARINO RETURNS & EXCHANGE:
The first return from Italy, Vatican and San Marino of products not on sale is free when the replacement or the credit store are chosen as compensation forms. In the event that reimbursement is chosen as a form of compensation the return is always charged to the Customer. This cost will either be deducted from the refunded amount or payed directly to Revolution Concept Store. The Customer can benefit from home collection service by contacting our customer service to arrange the costs of the return shipment. The cost of the return label is varying depending on the dimensions and weight of the parcel being returned. To use a return shipping label, you need access to a printer as we send it digital to you. Alternatively, the Customer can send back the items with another shipping service of his choice. In this case you have to use a trackable service and please provide us with the tracking number as soon as the parcel has been sent. We strongly recommend you to insure the parcel and to keep your receipt. If sent without insurance, we cannot help you if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit. Please make sure that our address is correct before you ship as late returns because of incorrect receiver address may cause the return to be sent back to you, which could mean extra charges for you as well as exceeding the approved deadline for returns.

The return shipping and any import duties and taxes if applied and charged by Italian customs from Extra Ue countries and rest of the World is always charged to the Customer. This costs will either be deducted from the refunded amount or payed directly to Revolution Concept Store. We only accept returns from outside the EU sent with an express courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx) and not by post service. We recommend returning your order with our DHL or UPS account for competitive rates. To return an item(s) for replacement or refund the Customer can benefit from home collection service by contacting our customer service to arrange the costs of the return shipment. The cost of the return label is varying depending on country and the dimensions and weight of the parcel being returned. If your return content is much smaller tof the package chosen by you to return, we recommend to find a smaller box as a larger box means higher shipping price, also when lightweight. We strongly recommend you to insure the parcel and to keep your receipt. If sent without insurance, we cannot help you if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit. Please make sure that our address is correct before you ship as late returns because of incorrect receiver address may cause the return to be sent back to you, which could mean extra charges for you as well as exceeding the approved deadline for returns. If the return is ship directly by the customer, Revolution Concept Store is not responsible for any customs hold-ups or incorrect or missing documentation enclosed with the shipment. In such a case, Revolution Concept Store cannot provide at customs missing, incorrect or incomplete documentation in the event of shipment carried out directly by the Customer as it is not responsible for shipments not made with our courier accounts. There are some things to consider when returning item(s) from outside the EU to avoid added taxes and surcharges. We recommend you to contact us with your intentions to return and we will happily help you further to perform the practice.
Return shipments from Russia must be made directly by the Customer to the address provided by us. When the shipment arrives in store, after checking the integrity of the item(s) we will proceed with the immediate refund.
WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL LAPSES:
It is up to the Revolution Concept Store to check the conditions of the goods returned with the return before proceeding to the form of compensation requested by the Customer. The right of withdrawal lapses when Revolution Concept Store ascertains:

- even partial use of the good
- lack of the original labels and tags
- internal textile labels detached
- lack of external packaging and/or original internal packaging
- absence of integral elements of the product
- products have been washed or altered in another way
- damage to the product for reasons other than transportation
In the cases mentioned above, the purchased good will be returned to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
